By registering as a seller or uploading products to Source Plunge, you agree to comply with these Seller Terms as well as the website’s Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

Seller Eligibility

To sell products on Source Plunge, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into binding agreements.
Provide accurate account and payment information.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Source Plunge:

Does not own most of the products listed by sellers.
Does not guarantee product sales or profitability.
Acts as an intermediary platform for transactions.

Sellers are fully responsible for the products they upload.

Types of Products Allowed

Sellers may upload and sell digital assets including but not limited to:

Unity game source codes
Android applications
iOS applications
Game templates and kits
3D models and assets
Development tools and plugins
Sound effects and background music
Source code and development resources

All products must be digital and downloadable.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must ensure that:

They own the rights to the products they upload or have legal permission to sell them.
Product descriptions are accurate and truthful.
Files uploaded are safe, functional, and free of malware.
Products do not violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring their products meet the expectations described in the listing.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Source Plunge:

Pirated or leaked source code
Copyright-infringing assets
Stolen digital products
Malware, spyware, or harmful software
Products that violate third-party licenses
Content that promotes illegal activity

Source Plunge may remove such content and terminate the seller account immediately.

Product Listings

Sellers must provide complete and accurate product information including:

Description
Features and functionality
Software compatibility
Included files
Screenshots or preview materials
Licensing information

Misleading listings may be removed by the platform.

Pricing

Sellers are responsible for setting the price of their products.

However, Source Plunge reserves the right to:

Recommend pricing adjustments
Remove unrealistic or misleading listings
Apply platform commissions or service fees

All applicable fees will be clearly communicated.

Seller Earnings and Payouts

Sellers earn revenue when their products are purchased.

Seller earnings may be subject to:

Customer Support

Refunds and Disputes

Repeated disputes against a seller may result in product removal or account suspension.

Intellectual Property Rights

By uploading products to Source Plunge, sellers grant the platform a non-exclusive license to display, promote, and distribute the product through the marketplace.
