Source Plunge respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Source Plunge will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.

Marketplace Nature of Source Plunge

Source Plunge operates as a digital marketplace platform where independent developers and creators can upload and sell digital assets such as:

Unity game source codes
Android and iOS applications
Game templates and development kits
3D models and game assets
Development tools and plugins
Sound effects and background music
Source code and other digital development resources

Most content on the platform is uploaded by third-party sellers. Source Plunge does not actively monitor or verify every uploaded file but will act quickly when valid copyright complaints are received.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted material is being used on Source Plunge without authorization, please provide a written DMCA notice that includes the following information:

Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or location of the content on Source Plunge.
Your contact information, including:
- Full name
- Email address
- Mailing address (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Incomplete notices may not be processed.

Once a valid request is received, Source Plunge will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:

Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
Your name, email address, and contact information.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority in your location.
Your electronic or physical signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Source Plunge reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing content or violate intellectual property rights.

Sellers who repeatedly violate copyright rules may have their accounts permanently removed.

Seller Responsibility

All sellers on Source Plunge must ensure that the products they upload:

Are original creations, or
Are properly licensed for resale or distribution.

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their uploaded content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

Misrepresentation Warning

Submitting false or misleading DMCA claims may result in legal liability. Users who knowingly misrepresent claims of infringement may be responsible for damages under applicable law.
